Condominium Tower - Crystal Court
Proposed condominium development has been re-submitted to council with two towers of 9 and 12 storeys. The initial plan called for a 17 storey tower and was rejected by council. Project located on the site of the Crystal Court Motel has been sold by Westbank Corp to Concert Properties. Plans for the property are under review.
Sinclair Centre Redevelopment
Redevelopment of Sinclair Centre bounded by West Hastings, Granville, Cordova and Howe Sts. The proposed redevelopment of the 4-building complex will retain heritage components and include a 29-storey office tower.
New Sheraton Hotel across from Airport
City council will be asked to approve rezoning and OCP amendments at the property located on Innovation Drive. The developer is proposing to consolidate the two properties for construction of a six-storey hotel.
New Residential Development on Lorne St - Marquess of Lorne

The Station Town Centre
FORT ST.JOHN, BC
Proposed development on 220 acres located on the Alaska Hwy near Fort St. John. Project includes a power centre with big box stores over 80 acres, a hotel, truck centre and mixed density residential. Estimated cost shown is for phase 1, commercial development portion of project. Phase 1 is fully serviced. Project is in the detailed design phase and is currently undergoing subdivision review. Phase 2 is currently expected to begin in May of 2017. Est project Completion: 2023.
Dockside Green Development
Mixed use development of the 6 Dockside Lands site. The development initially planned 1200 housing units, 75,000 sq ft of office and commercial space, a boutique hotel, and an open-air amphitheatre. Biomass heat generating plant and wastewater treatment plant are located on the site. Construction of Phase 1, Synergy (95 units) and Phase 2, Balance (171 units) took place from Spring 2006 to 2009. and have been certified to meet LEED Platinum standards.
